To Reserve a Unit Please call us to discuss your selections. We will forward floorplans & price ranges. We will be accepting reservations for sites W,X, Y, and Z and AA & AB. Deposit Required: $5000 check made payable to Commerce Title the balance of 10% at contract. Completion will be 12-18 months. We will be able to hand carry deposits to the sales office prior to FEDEX delivery which will help you get priority placement!
